She is the founder of the nonprofit Timeslips\, which implements her innovative approach to memory care\, and is the author of three previous books\, “The Stages of Age\,” “Forget Memory\,” and “The Penelope Project.” Her work as founding director of University of Wisconsin Milwaukee’s Center for Age and Community was also featured in the PBS documentary “The Penelope Project” (2011).

Our programs are provided at no cost to family and friend caregivers. \n \nManage your stress and cope better \nImprove the quality of life for you and your loved one \nLearn practical stress management techniques \nGain support and so much more \n\nStress Busting For Family Caregivers\nThe Stress-Busting™ program is proven to help Alzheimer’s and dementia care partners through their journey. \nThe Stress-Busting program teaches: \n·   Stress Management Techniques \n·   Relaxation and Coping Strategies \n·   Problem Solving and Support \n\n\n The Stress-Busting Program™ meets weekly for 9 weeks in a small group setting.
