Dementia Friendly Fort Worth, a 501 (c)3 non-profit invites you to submit a photo and story that celebrates the life and spirit of a current or passed loved one living with dementia for a chance to be featured in the Faces of Dementia showcase! 

The second annual Faces of Dementia showcase will be on Thursday, September 24th from 4:00 – 6:00 pm at Fort Worth Museum of Science & History.  This meaningful evening is dedicated to raising funds and awareness for Dementia Friendly Fort Worth (DFFW). 

DFFW is committed to improving the lives of individuals affected by dementia and their families in our community by fostering understanding, support, and resources. Join us to celebrate stores of love and memory through the lens! Enjoy a beautiful showcase of those living with dementia and vote for  your favorite submission. The Faces of Dementia will bring together families, love and the memories of those living with dementia.  This event will support the important work of creating a dementia-friendly environment in Fort Worth.
