Throughout the year, Dementia Friendly Fort Worth, a 501 (c)3 organizes events to educate people in our community about dementia.  We would love to have your company represented as a sponsor for our Faces of Dementia event showcasing photos of people living with dementia.  Sign up for one of our sponsor levels to help us honor those living with dementia and tell their story.

This event, Faces of Dementia, will be held at the Fort Worth Museum of Science and History on September 24, 2026 from 4:00 – 6:00 pm. 

This meaningful evening is dedicated to raising funds and awareness for Dementia Friendly Fort Worth (DFFW). DFFW is committed to improving the lives of individuals affected by dementia and their families in our community by fostering understanding, support, and resources.  This event will celebrate family, love and memories while supporting the important work of creating a dementia-friendly environment in Fort Worth.
