EMPOWERING CARE PARTNERS DURING UPSIDE-DOWN TIMES
July 21, 2020 @ 5:30 am - 6:30 am
No doubt, COVID has turned our world inside-out and upside-down. For persons living with Alzheimer’s and other forms of dementia, these changes can be unsettling and fearful. Care partners are having to navigate disruptions in routines, altered support systems and all the while making sure they are caring for themselves. This engaging and interactive program will enlighten and empower care partners with easy and effective tools and tips to care for yourselves while caring for your loved one. We’ll explore new paths to find joy through the chaos by finding what works for YOU! Grab a pen and paper and be ready to do some self-empowerment that promises to lift you to new heights to tackle this time with confidence and new perspectives. Feel free to bring your questions and share with others your challenges and triumphs. We can all learn from each other!
The facilitator for this session is PAM BRANDON, Founder of AGE-u-cate® Training Institute, based right here in Dallas-Fort Worth.
