Savvy Caregiver™ teaches practical, proven ways to lighten the load of caregivers who want the best for a family member or friend living with dementia, The course will be presented online via Zoom and helps caregivers:
• Feel more confident and competent
• Feel less stress
• Learn how to care for themselves while caring for others
• Understand Alzheimer’s and dementia better
• Learn how to address challenging behaviors
• Identify helpful resources
The course will be held in four sessions and caregivers may sign up now for the October or November course schedules by dicking on the registration links below or calling 972-584-7180. The number of participants is limited to allow for discussion.
