Getting Through the Holidays with COVID and Dementia: Virtual and In-Person Support Groups

Join us for a 4-week Dementia Support Group with in-person and virtual options presented by Dementia Friendly Fort Worth and James L. West Center for Dementia Care.   These sessions are designed to help those caring for someone with dementia to get through the holidays with less stress.

In-person group is limited to 8 participants.    Location: First United Methodist Church: 750 w. 5th St., 3rd floor Conference Room.    Masks  must be worn over the nose and mouth.  Only medically necessary food/beverages allowed–nothing provided.  On-line PRESCREENING REQUIRED.  SCREEN HERE
