LEARN TO LOVE YOUR BRAIN

June 15, 2022 @ 4:30 am - 5:30 am

Wednesday, June 15
9:30 – 10:30 a.m.

University of North Texas – Health Science Center | Medical Education & Technology Building
1000 Montgomery St., Fort Worth, TX 76107 (Guest parking available in Lots 7 & 19)

During Alzheimer’s and Brain Awareness Month, learn how to care for your brain. We’ve known for years about the importance of diet, exercise, and good physical health, but more recently, science has come to understand the importance of cognitive activity. Keeping your mind active and healthy may delay or prevent cognitive decline.

Join us to learn how to optimize your mental energy, protect your cognitive resources and drop the toxic habits that can potentially protect against lost capacity.

Dr. Julie Fratantoni, a cognitive neuroscientist at the Center for BrainHealth, will teach you strategies to incorporate into your daily routine that can enhance brain performance and strengthen the brain.
